It seems we have the same problem. I also tried different settings of the plugin and seems the problem is the Brute Force > Login Page Rename feature. I only have this plugin activated so the problem should be on the plugin. I disabled the feature and I can login fine. But enabling it will take me twice before I can successfully login. The first attempt gives me the “Cookies Block, etc..”. I suggest removing the browser cookies first before attempting the login. This will show you the problem.
I’m also having this kind of problem. I cannot login on my 1st attempt. Any solution to this?
