I am having the same issue. If I view the newly transferred site via FTP I can see that all the plugins got transferred (all the files and folders at least), but still get the “Plugin does not exist message”,
using the newest All in One plugin on both sites.

just needed some time… took about a week. then everything was fine
opps..thanks for catching the missing title tag.. forgot i cleared that out earlier.
As far as my topics go.. i thought the same thing. So I did a test and showed only 1 post on the homepage and still the same thing.. only psa’s show on the index page.. all of the other pages showed the text ads.
Any other suggestions.. thanks
