Concerning the responsive Player, this is default to the Player. There are options that may need to be reviewed and checked for responsive layouts.

We believe this issue was fixed in with our 1.2 update as we’ve redeveloped the script rendering for jQuery.
Can you please give us the name of the calendar plugin so we can test our development area?

We do not have any reports of user being ‘locked’ of their site at any point. Can you please provide a screencast of this incident so we can track this issue?
However, the ‘privileges’ issue could sounds to be coming from an interface that requires an active Brightcove Video Cloud account.
