The plugins uses the language set in the WordPress Admin.
There maybe a plugin to change that on the front end, but we do not have a feature to do that.

We try to provide a base markup for structured data and beyond that other plugins out here better serve seo.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

Thanks for the information. I am not see the timezone settings set.
What is your WordPress Settings here:
Admin > Settings > General > Timezone
If you set that to a city in your timezone does that help this?

There has been some changes made to the cost field that did create some unintended consequences.
In 3.12.x this filter will enable text again:

If you are not on 4.0 yet and the cost field is important I would recommend staying on 3.12.x if you can until 4.0.1 is released in a couple days.

Is this in the Month View of the Calendar?
I only saw it happen in the Mini Calendar Widget and not the Month View.
Does the list view work correctly?

Right now we do not have a way to keep translations from version to version.
And with each update you might have to update the po file with the latest strings using POEDIT.
This might be something we can add as a feature, if you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

I am not sure what Timber is, but we do not support 3rd party coding for the most part.
If this is coming from the Rest API that is not something we support yet until Endpoints are part of core in 4.5

I am a little confused at to what the actually issue is now.
However, since we already minify our js, minifing it again can cause issues.
You might be able to combine the scripts, but might to changing the order in Autooptimize.
There is not much we can do to support a 3rd party plugin.
