In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events error only listing 5 per pageHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.
Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages
Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.
That should fix the issue.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Works, easy – would like to see schema markupHi,
Thanks for the review of the Coupon Creator. I appreciate you taking the time to review and provide feedback.
You are the first person to suggest adding schema to the plugins and that could be a future feature. So thank you for suggesting it to put it on our radar.
If you like to make a more formal request please fill out our form here:

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Warning! This does not work with the X ThemeHi,
Thanks for the feedback. However, I noticed you did not post a support request here and WordPress.org.
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar/
While it is true we do not provide support on our customer forums on our website.
We do try to help out here.
Anyway, because of the way X Themes modifies the Archive Content a setting has to be changed in the theme to get the calendar to work.
I Found if I set these two settings to this it worked for me:
X Theme Setting:
Appearance > Customize > Blog > “Full Post Content on Index” Set to > OnThe Events Calendar Settings:
Events > Settings > Display Tab > “Events template” Set to > Default Events TemplateDoes that work for you?
Cheers!

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] How do I import a list of couponsGreat, glad you found a solution.
Thanks for purchasing Pro!

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] How do I import a list of couponsHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator.
There is no import feature in the Coupon Creator or Coupon Creator Pro.
The Coupons are a custom post type and the data is all custom fields.
You could use a plugin such as WP All Import to import all the coupons from a csv file:
https://wordpress.org/plugins-wp/wp-all-import/
You can find documentation on custom field names here:
https://couponcreatorplugin.com/support/documentation/
I might be able to help get the csv correct, but limited in supporting this much more then this as it is not a feature.
Let me know.
Thanks

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Cannot Make New CouponsHi,
I am not able to reproduce that error on two different test sites. So I am not sure what settings are causing it on yours.
However, I looked on NextGen Galleries Support and it looks to be a known issue and will be resolved in the next release:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/uncaught-typeerror-cannot-read-property-replace-of-undefined-2/
It is possible you could follow these steps to to downgrade NextGen
https://couponcreatorplugin.com/knowledgebase/manually-update-downgrade-plugin/
You can get older versions of their plugin here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery/developers/
It is recommended that you backup your site before upgrading or downgrading plugins.
Thanks

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Cannot Make New CouponsHi,
Thanks for narrowing that down.
I loaded up Next Gen on a test site and did not get the issue you are having there and we are limited in supporting other plugin conflicts.
However, in the Javascript Error Guide were you able to view your console and see the error you are getting?
That could find the exact cause of this.
Thanks

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Cannot Make New CouponsHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator.
I can help out here.
It sounds like a Javascript Conflict.
Have you added any new plugins to the site?
Does following these two guide help find the source of the issue?

Let me know and we can go from here.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Error- New UpdateHi,
Sorry for the issues here. We can work with you to resolve this.
First we have pushed out 4.3.1.1 to resolve this issue.
Unfortunately, the only way to fix the site with fatal errors is to access the files of you site and delete the older version of The Events Calendar. This process itself does not delete or change any of your settings in the database.
This can be done by either your hosting account file manager or through ftp. The files will be found here:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Please make sure to remove all copies of The Events Calendar.
That will bring your site back and then you can download the latest version of The Events Calendar (4.3.1.1) from here and manually upload it to your site or use the WordPress Plugin Manager to find the plugin again and install it.
We also have this guide for manual updates:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
If you have issues bwyond the fatal after updating please let me know in a new thread and we can help out.
Thanks
