In reply to: [Digg Digg] Digg Digg with Events ManagerHi,
I have the exact same issue. Can anyone suggest a floating share bar that does work with the events manager plugin.
Thanks.
Tobias,
I took out the largest 10 tables (from csv files from 70kb up to 250kb).
The p3 plugin profiler now has tablepress down from 80% to 8% of the plugin load time.
However i couldn’t get the table tools to work with your extra plugin and the [table id=123 datatables_tabletools=true /]
Brian.
Tobias,
I’m finding similar slow results for large race results on http://www.IrishTriathlon.com Sometimes we’ll have 2000 rows by 10 or 12 columns.
When I run P3 Plugin profiler, it shows that TablePress takes up 81% of the total time to load all plugins. If I simply give the download an excel copy of these 20-30 large tables out of 500+ tables on TablePress, should I expect to see an improvement in the TablePress load times?

In reply to: [Online Backup for WordPress] Manual backup failedDriskell,
I used your version 2.2.18 on one site, but I now see that wordpress.org plugin page is showing version 2.2.17 again (which gives the error noted above).
When do you expect to be able to launch 2.2.18 again?
Marcus,
Yes, I initially tried Events > Settings > Pages > Slugs and ensured that the text box for the events was still left blank.
I’m a bit puzzled by the fact that the redirect works where the url http://www.irishtriathlon.com/race-calendar-ireland/hellfire-adventure/ gets redirected to http://www.irishtriathlon.com/race-calendar-ireland/event/hellfire-adventure/
Aglonwl,
I tried the suggestion about archives in this forum post, but no joy.
Are there any other pointers?
Brian.

In reply to: [WP-DBManager] [Plugin: WP-DBManager] Backup folder not visable to pluginLester,
I tried to complete the backup, but no joy.
I also tried to change the access to the folder via ftp, but again no joy.
It’s been a really useful way for me to backup my database for the past few years, so I would be keen to continue.
Marcus,
Got it this time. Sorry for not reading past the first paragraph.
Thanks.
Brian.I’m guessing that problem 2 about the child pages now working is due to the new seo friendly event pages are now child pages of the events page.
I still haven’t found out why [events_list category=1] won’t work or a work around it?
Tobias,
Thanks, turning off the JS miniification did the trick and it works well at http://www.irishtriathlon.com/index.php/2012/01/punchestown-duathlon-naas-tri-club/
Brian.
Tobias,
I’m having the same problem on http://www.irishtriathlon.com/index.php/2012/01/punchestown-duathlon-naas-tri-club/

Brian.
