Got the api key…there were a few more steps than just signing up. This is not very clear in any of the documentation. You don’t see the key until after you change your password from the WP supplied password.
I did the signup at http://wordpress.com/signup/ , chose the username only option, got the email, logged back in. Still do not see the key in blog or after I log in. Where am I missing it? Thanks…
