How can I have it registered in mailchimp under a GDPR field? I did not use one of the default GDPR options in mailchimp but created my own option. This option is not automatically checked after registration although it is the only GDPR option I have defined for this list.

Same question as Kalusha: should there be something mentioned in the privacy Policy or will this be covered in the new wordpress version 4.9.6 ?
