Hi Jesse,
We appreciate your feedback and understand your point as well. We do chime in here in the community support forums as we get a chance. However, priority support is reserved for our Pro customers.
The Pro and free versions of WPtouch Pro now share the same code base. So if there are issues in the free version, we will know about them and will issue fixes for them in conjunction with the Pro version (as it has been for a while now).
Hi,
You can try styling the image clone by adding:
<style> #slider img.clone { width: 210px !important; height: 210px !important; } </style>to the Core Settings > General > Custom Code area. Just make sure 210px is customized to suit, you can also play around with percentage-based values.
You can also remove it completely with:
#slider img.clone { display: none !important; }Hi,
That is actually due to the WooCommerce page templates calling the sidebar. You can remove that info/content by adding:
<style> #sidebar { display: none !important; } </style>in Core Settings > General > Custom Code.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Just a white pageHi,
What version of WordPress and WPtouch are you running?
You may want to check if one of the active plugins in WordPress is conflicting by deactivating them one at a time in the Plugins page in WordPress and see if you find a culprit.
You can start with the plugins you suspect may be causing the issue, if you have a large number of active plugins. If that fails to work, please briefly activate a default theme like the 2013 or 2014 to check if the desktop theme is causing the issue/conflict.
Hi,
This issue has been resolved in the latest version (3.4.4) of WPtouch. Please upgrade to it and it should help resolve the issue.

Thank you dct3416. One can also always use the “Preview Theme” feature in WPtouch to preview WPtouch Pro on their website and inspect the CSS.
Click on the “Preview Theme” button in the lower left area of the WPtouch Pro admin panel. You should see a new window pop up, displaying a preview of what your website looks like in WPtouch.
Hi,
Turn on “Advanced” admin mode in Core Settings > General > Admin Mode. You should then see the option to disable the switch link in Core Settings > General > Desktop / Mobile Switching.
Great. For anyone else experiencing similar issues, please upgrade to the latest current (3.4.4) version.
Hi,
Although I had a pro version before, now I want to use the free version.
That may be related to the issue. Please check the Bauhaus theme (or any other WPtouch Pro theme) is active in the “Themes & Extensions > Themes” area.
Hi,
What directory did you have your translation file in? Note, that adding it to /wp-content/wptouch-data/lang will allow it to survive upgrades.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] wptouch pluginHi,
The Featured Image Slider can be enabled/configured in “Theme Settings > General”. Posts and pages that you want to display in the featured image slider will need to have Featured Images (post-thumbnails) assigned to them.
We use MaxCDN on our website (WPtouch.com) and of course use WPtouch to serve the mobile theme.
You have the Pro version, but posted a review in the free repository?
What specifically were the issues you had?

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] not functionalThis is not a review. You’ve given our plugin a 1-star review, but instead have posted a question.
You should post in the forums first before posting ratings in reviews.
