In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Edit Wp-TouchHello,
You’ll find that text in Bauhaus’s ‘header-bottom’ template. Keep in mind that the free edition of WPtouch does not preserve themes during plugin updates. WPtouch Pro themes live outside the plugin and are freely customizable.
Thanks for your question!
Hello,
It looks like that may just be your desktop browser rendering oddly–mobile devices appear to render your page without that large gap.
Thanks for your question!

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Buying ExtensionsHello,
WPtouch Pro’s themes and extensions are built for and run in the Pro edition of the plugin. The free version does not support WPtouch Pro themes and extensions.
Thanks for your question!

In reply to: [Plugin: WPtouch Pro] Call to undefined function foundation_get_settingsHello,
We’re sorry to hear you’re having difficulties with the customizer. It looks like you may have a somewhat unusual configuration running (WPtouch Pro 3 does not use the customizer, for example).
Since this is not a private forum, we’d encourage you to open a support ticket at support.wptouch.com, providing a set of admin credentials so that our team can view the issue directly.
Hi,
We recently adjusted our model based on feedback from our users – we used to offer a five license pack that included various themes and extensions. Unfortunately many users complained because they wanted the themes/extensions at that price point, but did not want to use it on five sites. So we modified the pricing so people could pick how many sites they wanted independently from which themes/extensions they wanted. While some ‘bundles’ may be more expensive now, other ones are far cheaper – for example, in order to have MobileStore before you had to pay $299. Now a user can use MobileStore on one site for less than $100.
All site activations come with one year of professional support at support.wptouch.com and all Pro updates for whichever themes/extensions a user owns. Most people upgrade to Pro via the wptouch.com/go-pro/ page which includes a year of support, updates, and several other Pro extensions many users typically use on their sites. The pricing for that bundle is still much less than the previous 5-pack bundle, which many user with only one site purchased to gain the functionality offered in that bundle. WPtouch Pro also includes access to the customizer, which is where site owners can customize and preview their theme directly in WordPress.
Like most commercial WordPress plugins, we charge a discounted renewal price on a yearly basis to take into account the cost of ongoing support (we have several full time employees handling support) and releasing new updates, usually every two weeks.
Awesome! Glad it’s sorted out!

Hi,
Essentially, you’ll want to start by creating a child of your WPtouch Pro theme per the instructions here Themes
You’ll be able to fully customize the theme. Meaning, anything that can be done to a regular WordPress theme, can be done to a WPtouch Pro theme.
Editing WPtouch Pro theme template files works just like it does in a regular theme. Just make sure you’re editing the child theme’s files (/wp-content/wptouch-data/themes/YOUR_CHILD_THEME_/default

Glad to know you got that sorted out 🙂

Hi,
WPtouch Pro themes are fully customizable, so if you’re comfortable working with regular themes in WordPress, you should be able to customize WPtouch Pro to do this.
While you can edit the theme in WPtouch (free), the changes will be overwritten each time you update the plugin/theme. In WPtouch Pro, you can create child themes that will survive upgrades.
Yes, WPtouch Pro requires that a minimum of once license and one theme are purchased. The Bauhaus theme in Pro includes many extra features. Licenses are good for one year. Your WPtouch Pro powered website will continue to work as normal even if you decide not to renew after one year. You just won’t have access to future updates or support.

Hi,
Looking at friendshipcirclesd.com on an iPhone/Safari, I don’t reproduce the issue. This is what I see on our end: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ck3fc8wza29pk73/friendshipcirclesd.com.png
What device/browser are you using to test? See if clearing its cache helps make a difference.

You have to configure WP Super Cache to work with WPtouch 3.8— in previous versions we didn’t check to make sure things were setup properly— as of 3.8 we do. SO it’s not that it works in 3.7.9.1, just that we don’t check that it’s broken.
So you need to follow the setup instructions shown in 3.8 or higher to configure the 2 plugins to work together.
