zingiri, I did open a ticket there too. I didn’t see that forum until after I’d posted this one. I’m using the Beauty Clean Free theme, maybe it was an incompatibility there?
Will my hosting tech support be able to explain to me how to find it from there?
No clue. It’s been so long that I’m forgetting how to do any of this. I can’t get into my cPanel through my host either, but that is a different thing.
That says to go through the admin panel, which I’m not able to access. That’s kinda the problem.
