Thanks for the outreach. Apparently the old API Key was disabled. I just created a new API key and hit Regenerate API Key option using the Divi theme. It seems to have corrected the problem.
I am experience the same problem as @bclan1539 and @uisneach. Unlike @uisneach the manual download and upload did not fix the problem. Any advise?

Was this ever resolved beyond going through the 4 pages on the link and making each change a person suggested? This post still comes up first when doing a Search. Was hoping a clear solution had been reached.
