Thanks for your guidance. I’m new to WP so I’m trying to get my troubleshooting legs under me. I went through your steps, and it was indeed another plugin that was causing a conflict. I’ll alert their development team so hopefully they can fix it. But… in case someone runs across this same problem, the guilty plugin (for me) was WP Travel Engine.

In reply to: Subscribe2: No emails being sent for updates?For clarification, the above method works for sending an email to everyone, but I still can’t get an email sent out when I create a new post on the website. Seems like if one works then other would to. *scratching my head*

In reply to: Subscribe2: No emails being sent for updates?I’m having the same problem with not receiving emails. I know that the PHP mail() function works because I use it with a Contact Form on the site. And I’m only sending it to 8 people so the BCC issue is moot for me.
I contacted my host and they told me that the website would default to using PHP mail(), but if it wasn’t working that I should change the server in my Admin. I’m not aware of any server changes available to me in the Admin!
