Thanks Brian, I raised a ticket a few days ago but hadn’t heard anything so thought I’d see if anyone here had had the same issue.
So I think my issue was because I had Sportspress setup with a custom sport rather than one of the presets, I needed to set up custom equations in sportspress > configure before the data would come through.
