Support » Plugin: SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager » League table – no data

  • Hi, I’m just getting started with a new WP site with SportsPress + Football Club by Themeboy and having some trouble with there seeming to be no data in the League Tables.

I’ve followed the video tutorials and set up venues, teams + competitions but when I populate it with teams it still seems to be empty. It also doesn’t seem to auto-populate even though I have teams setup associated with the competition in the table, I’m having to manually add them each time.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Brad.

@bradjkaye @juraravlyuk I’m looking into this issue now. Will post an update here shortly.

@bradjkaye @juraravlyuk I’m trying to reproduce this issue, could you tell me the step-by-step? Thanks 🙂

Same here since I started using this great plugin one month ago:

I create a new leagie table, chosing the contest and the season and save it – no teams appear. So I switch from automatic to manual team pick, pick my eight teams (which have the same contest and season picked, btw) and still no data – no team.

I tried this with different leagues and different teams. Could not manage to add one single team to a league table. Everytime I try the outcome is the same: no data.

So I think my issue was because I had Sportspress setup with a custom sport rather than one of the presets, I needed to set up custom equations in sportspress > configure before the data would come through.

Thank you! Same issue here! 🙂

@brian I hope very much for your help

@juraravlyuk As far as I can see, the issue for others was that SportsPress was setup with a custom sport as @bradjkaye discovered. Rather than asking for more help, could you provide more information? Have you tried the solution above?

Also, please don’t hijack other threads. I’m here on a voluntary basis and try to help as many users as possible, but it is a community forum, not private support, so you’ll need to be patient.

@brian Of course, I understand. Now I try to explain. I quickly made a photo, please see:
    http://i2.wp.com/footmygame.com/wp-content/uploads/TABLE.png

    Step 1. Create a contest.
    Step 2: Create Calendar
Step 3: Create a table, I add to the team
Step 4. Add the match (event), add the results of the event, and so on.
Step 5. Open the table on the website and watch (pictured step 5)

As you can see no time will be displayed column win, draw, loss, goalsfor …

P.S. I find it hard to make out the solution above, since I hardly understand English 🙁 But in every way try to answer questions FLV (using Google translator) if they are.
