Yeah it wouldn’t be that since I never had an account to begin with.
They created the new account after the purchase and sent me the login details along with an invoice.
I can log into the account but it isn’t a PRO account.

Sorry if I was unclear, but my current issue is that my account at S2Member still isn’t listed as Pro even though I have purchased a single site license.
Because of that, I don’t have any access to the latest Pro version.
