By default post image sizes in categories or in the homepage are thumbnail sized like here:

What I want to know is, is it possible to mess in the coding, so that your image thumbnail restriction is removed,and shows these pictures full-sized, like here (random example:

(So that when you add “Ream More” tag to your posts, it actually makes the images original-sized, and cuts the text properly, not stuffs it all together. For example where I like the “Read More” tag: http://bestsuccessstories.com/ )
