First, I want to thank you for this great plugin that works really great!
But lately I’m getting the error above, and I’m not sure if I should open another ticket or if I’m at the right place, since it is a Fatal Error message.
The new version isn’t working as it worked with the previous v3.1.3. and this is the error I’m getting.

Now, when I’ve gone through all these steps, I’ve asked, again, my hosting support to find the issue… And they did. It was on the server side, actually and has something with low Modsecurity rule.Tank you so much for your time, and for being quick on response!

All plugins are disabled, the theme set to Twenty Twenty.
Before this error message it shows one more:
Error with Permissions-Policy header: Parse of permissions policy failed because of errors reported by structured header parser.

Thanks for the fast reply.I have tried to install action scheduler but I can’t activate it. I’m getting similar (or same) error.
Site is hosted at the Namecheap and they provided me this troubleshoot page.I am getting the same error. I’ve tried to downgrade WP to 5.3, disabled all other plugins and main theme and still getting this error:

“WP Mail SMTP” is a best handler that I’ve been using from the first day.I’m sorry, I had a little time to solve this and did a restore, and now it does work as earlier.
If it appears again, I’ll try that way.Thank you so much for really quick response. I really appreciate it.
One more thing, is it, somehow, dependable on load-scripts.php? I found some issue on website (snippet added by cerber security to htaccess, which is uninstalled due to conflicts with other plugin and snippet was still there), but other shortcodes work fine, and only UM’s didn’t.

BoyannNo, there is no chance. I’ve copied roles, so for such typo can’t don’t make a problem.
Everything worked just fine for about 2 years, until few days ago :/ That’s why I find this problem weird :/

Thank you @sanzeeb3 . I’ve contacted my hosting company and they told me that is running version 10.31, so I’ve asked them to upgrade to 10.33. This will, probably, resolve these issues.

I’ve noticed the same thing after updating to php version 7.4 . Worked perfectly for years until that update (I was issued with other plugin on php v.7.2).

Well, it looks like that I have problem with e-mail client or something with my localhost service.
In UM all e-mails are set to Active, but I’ve (at least temporarily) solved problem with gmail account.Thanx 🙂
