Actually after testing, this was caused by an addon (PayPal addon). I solved the problem by fixing the code of this addon.
Actually I only read 1 star reviews to know what to expect, so when I see a 1* review stating the plugin works perfectly, it’s very convenient! I just installed it, it’s indeed really annoying to be on the look out for compatibility issues between wordpress, theme, plugin, plugin addons…

Actually I have several Text tags, ie :
[OPTIONA], so you’ll have product A with [OPTIONA1]
In another form I have a number tag that doesn’t work as well.
It looks like the “Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output” just stopped working, because before it did.
