Jonathan, it looks like this information is already been retrieved in the class-email.php file, which is activated by the reminder email setting. Is there a way to run this manually, or create another file based on this one, which we can run manually, but direct the output to specific email accounts/groups, but not the people that signed up for an opportunity?

Jonathan, another thought I had was to query the mysql database for these results and create a list from that. If I were to do that, what values would I be looking for int eh MySql database?

If changing the phone number field is too difficult, is it possible to either change the last_name to be instrument or to add verbiage that instructs the user to enter their musical instrument in the last name box?
