Can you give us more information on how to reproduce the issue?
Is the issue happening on certain currency?
Anything specific for configuring the currency?
Are you using exchange rate or manually set prices – from what I can see you have manually set the prices, but I need to be sure about that. The issue should be fixed in the next release.
Thank you for reporting this.
It seems that the value shown in the dashboard includes the count from the translations as well.
It is purely cosmetic issue – I will bring this to the attention of our developers.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce] Stock syncThank you for reporting the issue.
We are going to check this out.Hello, I just wanted to update you, because your issue seems to be related to an endpoint issue that we had.
Now, we seem to have resolved an issue related to endpoints.
You can read the errata page here: https://wpml.org/errata/errors-order-confirmation-page-using-woocommerce-multilingual/
If you update to the latest beta of WPML String Translation, the problem should be resolved.I forwarded your suggestion to our team leader and he is going to consider a new plan for our supporter allocation during the weekends so that there is a faster response in the future during the weekends.
I also noticed that you marked your wpml.org ticket as resolved. However, since you wrote in this forum – WooCommerce Multilingual and gave a bad rating to WooCommerce Multilingual, and not to WPML, I would ask you to consider, if possible – to change your ratings for our plugin.
The current stable release of WPML has been extensively tested by our testing team as all of our releases. I will not argue about its stability as it is working stable for most of our customers. Of course, there might be other issues and bugs with third party code, but our developers are working hard to fix all of these issues as fast as they are discovered.
Because of that, we need your help – as it seems that you are in a situation that we had not yet experienced, it would be very nice if you collaborate on finding a fix for your problem. As for the other things that you mentioned I will forward your feedback to the people responsible.
I can assure you that it is not possible to conveniently skip a ticket.
The tickets are assigned automatically to the first available supporter available on duty.Ok, I have seen the post – https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-3-5-1-1-and-related-wpml-plugins-adds-400-700-db-qps/
It seems that you have posted it this Friday at 18:08.
I need to mention that our forum is not 24×7 at this time. Most of our supporters are not available during the weekends. Your ticket and the problem will be handled as soon as possible.
We will need to investigate the issue properly on your site and determine from where the queries are coming from – there might be a conflicting plugin or code – but this is just a guess and we need to properly investigate this first.Hello,
I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our products.
There has been a very big leap in improving performance in WPML since the latest release of WPML 3.5.x branch, and we continue to improve the speed in the next releases as well. Please let me know if there is something that I can help you with?
Would you mind to provide me with the link to your wpml.org tickets so that I could check up on them?
You have mentioned that you have not received any support – I wish to investigate this further so that I could help you and subsequentially that we could improve our process.
Please also do note that WooCommerce Multilingual is a separate plugin from WPML, and if you wish to provide feedback for WPML – it would be best to either open a new ticket in wpml.org support forum or to use the contact form on wpml.org
Hello Katri,
First, please let me ask if you have selected the other attribute via the dropdown in WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes?
You can see below my screenshot that ilustrates the process.

If this is not the problem, then the problem that you are describing may need more debugging in order to be resolved, so it would be best if you could create a new ticket in our forum at wpml.org so that we could help you debug this further.- This reply was modified 9 years, 8 months ago by George Botsev.
Hello,
The issue at a first glance, with so little information that we have, could be related to cache or due to not translated categories. In order to debug the problem and see how we can help you, please open a new ticket in our forum at wpml.org
No problem.
Feel free to contact us whenever you need any help or suspect a bug.
We are here to help.Could you please provide more details on how to reproduce the issue?
I tried on a new setup with a category in the second language on the second page and I cannot get that notice.Have you translated product-category in all other languages?
Are you using the most recent versions of WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual and WooCommerce?
