@dariadagaz3003 It looks like some core WP-Optimize files are missing, could you please upload the plugin files via FTP/SFTP and check if it helps to fix the issue?
@wadoadi This will be fixed in next release until then please rollback to 3.2.3 version.
@chickendipper Sorry this is by design WP-Optimize creates the minified files in this format, changing the urls will change the logic of the plugin which not possible at the moment,

@proscoutsonline Right click on the UpdraftPluz.zip file on your local computer and you should see extract option there click the option to unzip the file.

@mammadz WP-Optimize is unable to create the directory in wp-content folder, please make sure you have 0755 permissions set to wp-content folder.
