I already try another template and unset every plgins.
So, you already tested for theme and plugin conflict and found no issues? That is, no matter what you unplug the UM tab doesn’t redirect for you?
Do you have any cache plugins active and have you cleared cache?
Then you have never bought a single extension, or plugin, or theme or anything in your life…
To disable profile tabs just go to:
Admin Panel > Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Profile Menu
Does this only happen when uploading images on UM? Have you tried uploading anything using your admin panel?
Customization questions are for the most part not discussed on this free UM support board. Please hire a developer to help you with your customization needs.
Per WordPress guidelines, they can not give you sales information about their paid extension on this support board. This belongs to WordPress not UM. Using the link I gave you, you could email that question to them directly.
Will I be able to use the same install or will I need a new license for that too?

Please ask paid extension related questions there.
Where can I find your whole library of icons like “um-faicon-pencil” so that I can choose the other icons?
In case you still haven’t
I followed your instruction for making a custom tab from the link below:
Last time I checked that code didn’t work in functions.php. Did it work for you?

https://ultimatemember.com/paid-support/This is probably a theme or plugin conflict. Switch to the default WP theme and see if it works then. If so we will know it is a theme conflict. If the issue still exists then it will most likely be a plugin conflict. If that is the case then you will need to deactivate all other plugins and check if you are then able to upload a photo. If you can then it will be a plugin conflict and you will need to activate each plugin one by one checking each time the photo upload until you can find the conflicting plugin.
