Driftless, thanks for responding to me. Since it was a new site with hardly any content, I went ahead and deleted it and re-installed wordpress in cpanel.

Prior to doing this, I tried deleting each plugin to see if that was the cause, but the ‘Insert a Code’ page still showed up after the WP login page. So I’m thinking it might have been a security related file. That said, I’m not having any issue with the new install. Still, I’d be interested in finding out why that page showed up.
