I’m so glad to see this. Thank you for cordially settling differences . . like gentlemen! I too use the Builder theme and had a similar problem with another plugin which deleted visual editor options. Uninstalling that plugin did not fix it .. and Ithemes (creators of the wonderful Builder theme), and Bluehost could not figure it out.
AFter hours of agony, I found a remote forum suggestion and installed Ultimate Tiny mce .. It actually FIXED my problem… you rescued me. THANK YOU!!! And now I’m thrilled to have these options….. finding you was worth the hassle!!

I bed to differ — I thought this might be a possibility, so I did a new install of wordpress and have the same problem before loading any plugins. AND I have it happening on all three of my sites, and one of my client sites….. somethin’ strange is goin’ on.
Anyone who gets a clue about this … HELP!!!!
