If you are using one of our premium themes, please refer to theme online documentation and check footer page slug options.
Also, we strongly recommend you to update theme and all plugins to the latest version, since mentioned issue was resolved in the past edits.

Just click on “Switch Editor” in page backend and change to Default WordPress Editor. In that way you will be able to enter shortcode in text field.

Please note that we have tested with the latest Fitness Club theme and Bold Builder editor and the code worked. What you need to do is to paste the code in the Text editor (default WP editor).
Since BB that comes with (our premium) theme is different, you should use default WP text editor. In opposite, using Raw Content element also worked – we have tested it too.
Once again, please note that we can not provide support for premium theme users on this forum. Thanks for your understanding.
