Could you please confirm us if you are using one of our premium themes? Please make sure to update it to the latest version, both Bold Builder plugin and WordPress theme.

Could you please let us know if the issue still persists after theme update (latest release is Version 1.2.7)? Also, if it is possible, make sure to disable third party plugins one by one in order if there is some incompatibility with Bold Builder which is causing the issue. If you are experiencing the issue with white screen, please enable WP debug in order to see error report (if so, than let us know about the error and which WP theme you are using), or please send us access to your site (via email: support@bold-themes.com) so that we could find out what is causing the issue.
