I don’t know if you’ve fixed this since your last post,
but because I ended up here searching for the same thing and I actually managed to find a solution tot your problem, here’s what I did (in version 6.1.1 of the plugin):
The Google Analyticator Settings page has an options field called Additional tracking code (before tracker initialization):. In that field I added:
_gaq.push(['_setDomainName', '.flashxml.net']);
