thank you.
ticket submitted.
need you to provide a valid email to make you admin for backend accessIt appeared that the JS error was from a Nav Menu for Elementor Add-On.
However I disabled it and no change in the shopping cart. You can see here:
BEFORE:https://i.imgur.com/qo8tODE.png
AFTER: https://www.screencast.com/t/uDcVss5RyleThe error is gone, but this add-on is anyway only enabled on desktop, the mobile and tablet versions of the site have its content disabled, because the hamburger menu is enough.
Also I could not fix this z-index issue for the “.xoo-wsc-container”.
Despite changing its z-index, this doesnt help to make it stack on top of my site logo. Do you have any suggestions?Kind regards,
DarinThank you.
I contacted Astra Theme devs for suggestions about this conflict. Also I noticed that when I scroll the page while side cart is visible, when I reach the bottom of the page, then the footer of the side cart also shows up.
Will restart the plugin to see if any change.
Made a short video.
Kind regards.
Hi, I have the same issue- currency not changing from the selector!!!
https://www.bodyquestbox.com/product/wrist-strength-wraps?wmc-currency=EUR.Also on product category page for example, price is duplicated. I suspect your plugin is for that responsible:
https://www.bodyquestbox.com/product-category/bestsellersPlease let me know if there is a fix.
BTW I don’t have cache optimizer plugins.Any ideas?
I can create third rule (#1 for BG is ready, #3 for EU is ready, #2 for BG is not ready), but a user from BG needs to select shipping option to: “personal address” OR “courier office”.
#1 set is same as #2 but #2 has just more expensive prices.
When the user decides cheaper option (#1) then he will need to add the courier office(nothing forces him to do that, but so far I am not so advanced to change those checkout forms depending on the selected shipping options, so user has to make it or we will call to ask for courier office). What I mean is that as I have destination Bulgaria I can’t send a product which weighs 100g at a different price based on possible two options:
-send to the client address
– send to courier office address (client picks up from a local office of courier).
Many clients are used to the second option as it is cheaper. So far I successfully made WBS for:
#1 Destination Bulgaria (rules are based on prices for shipping to courier office)
#2 Destination EU (rules no problem)So, I can’t figure out for Bulgaria destination again, to have WBS rules (Same as the mentioned above #1, but each rule price is just more expensive). That is in fact a second set of rules modified for “another shipping option“.
Generally, the checkout has all fields to add the shipping address and most clients do not notice that shipping is said to be to Courier Office.
So I want to make it for them to choose – Ship to: personal addres/ or to Courier office. So far shipping in Bulgaria (WBS) is calculated according to #1, so this is the second option, but I don’t have the former.Thank you for your kind reply and confirmation.
One thing left, that bothers me on the logic is how to make on same region two or more, different wbs for:
-normal shipping to address
-shipping by courier to address
-shipping to courier stationUsually first and second are identical, so no issues, but all wbs rules should be with €1 LESS for the third option. Most product shipping in Bulgaria happens by the third option as cheapest and fastest.
So I want to figure out how to set up more than one shipping option ( not just wbs and free shipping.
For now I am not trying to find out free shipping for a rule say “3 ship free”.Best
DarinDan,
Thank you, but please confirm if I understand correctly.
The problem so far was that when I get to edit a product, among the options which I have on the left side (general, inventory, shipping, linked products, atributes, advanced) for shipping I can select only one Shipping class.
Do you mean that if for example, I duplicate one rule from BG destination to EU destination under WBS method (say with same weight settings), that will mean that IF destination is EU, THEN the copied rule will be EXECUTED for the same product?
This thing will explain the possibility to really set multiple rules for various destinations for the same product. The class just reminds by its name, regarding what group of products I wanted to associate.
The conditional statements of the WBS rules (1, 2 or more rules for a given weight or range of weights) are directly related to the product. The class has just a reminder name about the logic, I guess.Thank you!
Kind regards,
Darin
