It’s WordPress 3.3.2 and BWPS 3.2.6
It trashed the plugins instantly, the previous install I did at least offered my a chance to backup the database!
Basically I’ve lost all my plugins, they’re not showing as installed, but when I try and install it reports that the files are already on the database.

interesting… it was a permalink problem, had to reset to default and reload everything.
