Update, I changed the theme from customizr pro to twenty 12 temporarily to have the site working while i investigate and it works just fine now.
I still would like to resolve this and be able to use customizr pro..

So all I need to do is access wordpress online. So just http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin and log in just as I would on my local host? I don’t need to go through an FTP client and upload the site again after it has been changed? Just wanted to clarify that…
