If You havve plugin “Remove Dashboard Access” – try to turn it off – it has conflict with Learnpress emails system
Probably i fond the conflict with plugin “Remove Dashboard Access” ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-dashboard-access-for-non-admins/ ). After I remove this plugin, emails works. I found something similar (conflict that plugin with “MailPoet “) – You can look at that – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-mailpoet-plugin-2/
Nobody get emails after finish the course… user, instruction and especially ADMIN, so the admin do not know that somebody finished the course…
P.S. thanks fot deleting my posts… the problem is this same…
