Turns out the program removes punctuation, so the slash becomes a space. So you have to change that in the program code apparently, or use the and feature instead of or.

Thank you for getting me in the right direction. While searching through my php-admin, I found that the information I put in those fields that the plugin was calling it “Additional Description” was really just an excerpt, so I simply checked the box to include excerpts in the index and it works. Thank you!!!
your host should not be the one changing your php.ini, you should be able to upload any changes to your php.ini right to the root of your FTP. If you’re using PHP5 just change the file name to php5.ini. I’m experimenting with wpstorecart (free) and I’ve got the limit up to 200MB. We’ll see if it works.
