hmm.. i’ve messaged them, but it does appear to be related to woocommerce as that’s the only page on the entire site where the phenomenon occurs.

found a solution – http://plugins.leewillis.co.uk/downloads/woocommerce-pro-shipping

this sorted it all out nicely 🙂
