Not sure this is how it’s supposed to be done, but I figured out a work around. I changed the field number of “7” to “8” and it added another field.

The missing new field option is NOT showing up in version 2.3.1 under manage. Where should I be looking?
I was having this same issue last night. I went ahead and updated with the new version you just released this morning. It added a 7th question field, but there still isn’t a “field addition feature”.
In addition, when I uncheck the mandatory box (excluding name and email), and then click apply, all of the mandatory boxes are still checked. It won’t allow non-mandatory fields.
