Can someone please help me, I’ve got not “Options”. Literally 🙁

I tried replacing them, but it still the same.

I did press F5 and also right clicked “Refresh” many times already. I tested on a different browser, and it’s the same.
I just went to my file manager to see what happens if I click on the “options.php” file. I also tried clicking on “options-general.php”. Both went straight to my Dashboard (or /wp-admin/index.php).
