How do I contact them? I am able to now see my site but the theme is not the active theme. I also have these messages in the heath check. The first one I did the step by step but am still getting this message, and I don’t have the pro version.

WPtouch: WP Super Cache needs to be configured to work correctly with WPtouch.

Fixing this issue prevents cached desktop pages being served to mobile devices and vice-versa.

Once fixed, this message will be dismissed automatically. Until fixed, WPtouch will not be shown to mobile visitors, and cannot be previewed.

To fix the issue, follow our step-by-step setup guide on support.wptouch.com

Your server is running PHP version 5.2.17 and MySQL version 5.0.96.

Error: For performance and security reasons, we strongly recommend running MySQL version 5.5 or higher.

Error: WordPress’ utf8mb4 support requires MySQL version 5.0.96

Warning: For performance and security reasons, we strongly recommend running PHP version 5.6 or higher.

Ah, your first suggestion worked. Thank you! However, the theme that I use is the one that’s active, yet it isn’t working. My site is bloggains.com.

The problem is on the WordPress end of things. I own my domain, that’s not in question. But for some reason, that domain is being redirected to my bloggains.wordpress.com site which they say is expired. Maybe I’m not being clear, I had a guided transfer which I paid to wordpress for a one-time-fee, which would allow me to use the WordPress dashboard on my self-hosted site. Maybe things with WordPress have changed in the last two years since I did the guided transfer and you can no longer use the WordPress dashboard for a self-hosted site?

Honestly, I’m so not a tech person, so not sure what FTP means or how I change that. Also, those secret keys, i put them in the CSS Editor, not the “Editor” for each section. Is there a particular place I should put those codes in?

At the bottom of my dashboard for my self-hosted site, which I had transferred by WordPress, the feedback link takes you here. So that’s their problem. I will try the other forum.

I resolved it myself by changing the admin e-mail.
