I didn´t got it how is possible! How can add manualy, were is the browser menu?

I use loco translate plugin to translate any plugin or theme and never had any problems, but when I click to save translation on GEO my WP plugin I get this error:
Error: 403 Forbidden. Check console output for debugging information
