Thank you for your help and response. After testing it looks like the custom theme we have been using is not playing nice with Yoast and/or vice versa. Either way, it looks like we need to change themes, or figure out how to make the current one work.

Update: I just discovered that it’s also blocking me from changing, viewing, or editing themes. At this point, I’m going to say it’s affecting all the Appearance options.
