WP statistics resumed recording visitors June 1. It didn’t record visitors from May 26-31.

We are using version 14.7 of WP Statistics and version 1.3 of WP Statistics Data Plus.
We are able to see views using Statistics > Views or Statistics > Post Types.
In the Statistics > Views, it shows the visitors as 0. That’s also the case in Statistics > Overview and Statistics > Online.
Under Statistics > Visitors, it shows the last visitor as being on May 25.

We are able to see that there are views, but it says the number of visitors is zero.
The vast majority of our visitors would not be behind an ad blocker as even our own visits are not showing in the data.

Hi @amirfallah,
We actually have had a lot of visitors during that time period, as it was commencement weekend at our university and we had numerous stories in the St. Thomas Newsroom about the commencement ceremonies.
The one option that wasn’t checked was Monitor All Content Types. I have since enabled that.
It still shows 0 visitors.

Thanks for your response. I did check that, and it still lists the city as “Unknown” and the IP address as #hash# — any other suggestions?
