I did some exploring and found this really simple plugin which allows you to edit the message too: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-forgot-mail/

Hi I was recently informed of this same issue on our site having just updated wordpres to v4.7.1

I know it was working on my site previous to that update so I don’t know if they changed something to cause this or not. However I found this article that explains how to fix it by modifying the wp-login.php (a core wp file): http://sagarnangare.com/how-to-fix-password-reset-link-not-displaying-in-wordpress-emails/

Having made this change and completing some tests – the link is now working again however I have also received this warning from wordfence (which is a great plugin fyi):

Alert generated at Tuesday 17th of January 2017 at 02:49:59 PM
    Critical Problems:
    * WordPress core file modified: wp-login.php

Obviously this file will be re-written on every future core update so I am hoping this is something wordpress can address so I dont have to modify core files in the future.

Hi there we have just added the awesome support plugin to our site (replacing a different support tool). So far your plugin looks a much better solution except that some users can add a ticket and others cannot. Those who cannot (are already logged into the site) do not see a registration form on the page either – just a message to say they cannot submit a ticket – so basically for them it is of no use at all.

The majority of our users are subscribers as that is the default when they join but those who shop with us move up-to customer and then we have editors and some other roles types too. I added the 5 capabilities listed in your FAQ to the subscriber role but are you saying I need to go and repeat that process for all the different role types including any new ones that we may add in the future?

I’m guessing there is supposed to be a way for those who do not have the capability to submit a ticket to register on the support page but I have not seen that working – nor can I get it to work (it does show the registration form when you are logged out). Any help greatly appreciated.

Hey thanks for this, I tried to modify settings but still not working for all postcodes.

This is what I am trying to acheive:

    image: http://kingsley.uk.com/lula/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/lula_map.jpg

    Light Green: Free
    Green: £4.00
    Blue: £7.00
    Yellow: £9.50
    Pink: £12
    Red: £13

For each of these postcodes i.e. ‘SW12’ there could be several ending variations such as SW12 9HD or SW12 8EN so I need to allow all postcodes that start SW12.

Also I need to disable all deliveries outside these postcodes i.e. there is no delivery service beyond the defined postcodes (local area only).

Any suggestions / examples as to how I can set this up would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks.
