Thanks for the reply and I have been looking into it and seeing what I can do to get this fixed. By reinstalling all the files, plugins etc. When I re-import my database will I get all my posts back? Because I have a lot of posts I would not like to redo.

I just translated the message, definitely a virus or something coming from my site.
“Updating of security click RUN!”
Would anyone have an idea?
The issue was wp was not in the root folder. I had it in a /wp folder and was affecting wp from finding files.
