The error you are mentioning popped up for a few users in 3.2.5 two weeks ago and should be fixed in 3.2.6 as of now.

Completely remove EVERYTHING outside of the uploads folder and replace all core WordPress, plugin, and theme files. Then add the uploads back 1 at a time after you’ve verified each file is clean. Finally, check with your host to make sure the attack didn’t get any deeper (cron, etc).
