I don’t know why but yesterday evening I receveid an order containing a bundle product payed with PayPal and the order status updated!
In the last days, there was a WPC Bundle Product plugin update release, maybe there was an issue with the plugin and they fixed it with the update.

Thank you very much for your answer.
In my question I forgot to write that with Sandbox mode every thing works perfectly. Order status is updated also in orders that contain bundle products.
Anyway I will contact the plugin developers and I will also check all the IPN debugging steps.
I will let you know if I have update!
