To change the site in another language, I am changing it manually, is it a correct way or it should do automatically?

Another problem I have seen is widget & link
Just go through widget in Home page its easy to get the problem. Have any idea how to change link inside widget according to language
Still problem is with
https://isciencebox.de/en/ works fine but
de does not work.
Menu does not change with language.
wp native dashboard, language bar flag, polylang, qtranslate this all i installed & followed what they wrote to do and in the end mess. Now I change something and deutsch language pages gone from all pages list 🙁
