    I understand. I’m going to remake the site and not concern myself with troubleshooting anymore but thanks for taking the time.

    they are deleted, is there a way to delete this thread? There was no resolution to the issue so I don’t see value in keeping it up

    I have already contacted Siteground support last week when I made the switch and they told me that it’s not a hosting problem, it’s a WordPress problem. I have literally tried everything that has been suggested in this forum that is related to this issue and I have not even come close to fixing this.

    I see now that I just have to just remake the site on a subdomain and call it a day. My time would be better spent doing that then sifting through hours of forums, youtbe videos and google searches. Thanks for your reply though.

    I understand what you mean but I created the login specifically for this purpose and will delete it as soon as I find a way to fix this issue. I have found that there is no better way to explain what is happening without being able to show what is happening, because I have searched for hours on forums and haven’t found another case that is similar to mine.

    I have cleared the cache on the site through cpanel and also on all three browsers that I have tried it on and nothing seems work. I am at the point of of accepting that there is no way to fix this…

    Thanks for the reply guys,

    I know that it can’t be dns because it has been a week sisnce I did the change over. I have transferred all of the files from the root folder and the database so that can’t be it either.
