admin.php is in the wp-admin folder, but it almost looks like wordpress is looking for it elsewhere? I had this same issue three install attempts ago before. DOH!

Hmm….good catch! I went thru and verified I had all files but that one must have slipped me. Now I’m getting the following error, I’ll search around and see if anyone else had that.
