When you’re at your wordpress dashboard, hover over “appearance,” then click on themes. At the top left of that page, click “add theme”, then at the top left of the next page, click “upload theme.” Then just upload the zip file that you downloaded.

Unfortunately I just tried that and I can confidently say it wasn’t one of the plugs. I don’t get why it won’t work. It’s just the standard accordion that comes with the Visual Composer.
I also tried updating Visual Composer to the latest version and that didn’t work either.
