Thank you for the explanation and the information. Is there a way to delete this post since it sounds like I should not have made it?
I tried to find a way to report this other than via the forum but could not find any information on how to do so.In case anyone else runs into this issue:
Since it seems like Imagely does not provide any support unless you pay for it and since it seems like the 4.0 version is full of bugs, here’s the work-around I found. I happened to have an older version of NextGen Gallery (3.59.11) available from a back-up, so I deleted the 4.0.5 version of the plugin that was running on the website and uploaded the old version and activated it and that cleared up the issues I was having. I don’t know how long I can continue with this solution so I hope they clear up whatever bug caused this issue! Some additional notes:
1. The default theme I tested with was 2020
2. The website in question is https://joanlemler.com/Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Bad links showing as crossed out for logged-out usersThank you. That worked.
I’d be more OK with the line being visible to end-users if the plug-in was 100% reliable as regards not falsely marking good links as bad. However, my sense is that this is an impossible goal.
I see now that the bot said that someone will receive and review my inquiry within 24 hours so I would delete this question if I could but for now I will mark it as resolved.
Thank you. It turns out it was indeed another plugin.
We also updated to the latest version (4.0.8) of the free plugin and the problem has not gone away. A curious factor is that another site we have, that also uses version 4.0.8 of the free plugin plus version 4.0.8 of the pro plugin, is not having this issue. It’s working fine.
I am also seeing this problem using WPUF Free 4.0.7 with WPUF Pro 4.0.8
I hope it will be fixed soon.
Thank you. The admin message is gone. So, I’ll figure that unless it returns, we’re all set. Thank you for your assistance.
Thank you. It looks like we’re still golden. The signup from “Constant Contact Forum Support” is there.

In reply to: Cron job generates warning errorsThank you. It is very possible that this was triggered by a PHP update. The site is currently running on PHP 8.2. At this point rolling back all the way to before 7.4 isn’t a viable solution.
It’s hard to tell whether there are changes in the signup traffic as this is a low-volume mailing list so we don’t get that many signups anyway. Should we do something to reset the connection? Thanks.
OK. What do we need to do to address the issue and get rid of the warning?
Thank you. For some unknown reason, the last scheduled backup, which was yesterday, ran and completed successfully. I don’t know why because I did not change any settings, but maybe the hosting company tweaked something in their system. So for now I think we can consider this resolved. Thank you for your assistance.
The hosting plan in use is supposed to come with 50GB of storage space, of which 9.64 GB is in use. So, there should be a bit over 40GB available.
