Same problem here.
Using Polylang.
Main site in French (pop up ok on french homepage)
2nd pop up created for the english homepage > display rule > page > “home”
No pop up on english homepage.

as a (pretendly good) webmaster, I use polylang frequently. It s the first time i go into this kind of problem… Maybe it is not related to polylang… Thanks again anyway… I guess i ‘m going to have an interesting night…
